Initial Screening

In this introductory chat, Jessica will dive into your job search, your interest in Berkeley Group, and provide a brief review of your work history. This conversation will focus on assessing how well you could thrive in our environment and how closely you align with our company values
Stage 2

Hiring Manager Assessment

This stage focuses on an in-depth exploration of your functional expertise as it relates to the role. You’ll be asked to share real-life examples from past experiences that highlight your skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities in relevant scenarios.

Additionally, this is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have—whether about the role, the team, or the company culture. We value transparency and encourage you to use this time to ensure Berkeley Group aligns with your career aspirations and values.
Stage 3

Senior Manager/Director Assessment

In the final stage of the process, you'll meet with a Senior Manager/Director.

This meeting is designed to explore your careers aspirations at Berkeley, assess your alignment with our values, and evaluate your ability to thrive in our dynamic working environment. 

It’s also an opportunity to discuss how you can apply your skills effectively, adapt to challenges, and contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
